Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and Islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket, EMS, DHL  depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, you can contact us before purchasing a product.


What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


How long does shipping take?
We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the period we specify, we cannot however guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this period. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.


Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States 2-9 Business days
Canada, Europe 4-10 Business days
Asia, Australia and New Zealand 5-12 Business days
Mexico, Africa, Central America, South America 10-20 Business days
Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

*This does not include our 1-2 day processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact sales@saleshunter.store or saleshunterz1@gmail.com

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-4 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Does the customer have to pay for shipments in case of any product return?

Yes, the customer will have to pay for shipment in case of any returns. However, in some cases, we will pay for the returns and or ask our valued customer to keep the item and receive half of the money spent.

Taxes and Additional Charges

Are taxes included in the product charges?

No, we do not charge the customer for taxes. The customer may be liable to pay for any specific products to the Taxation Authorities after receiving the shipment.
